RETURN & EXCHANGE/REFUND
Your product is eligible for return or exchange only if:-
1. You have received an incorrect product/different from what you placed an order for. We offer exchange in sizes. The customer must initiate the size exchange request via email at [email protected] 1 week of receiving the goods. -Incase a style doesn't suit the customer, they can exchange the same with another item of the same value.
2. If the product is damaged/has any manufacturing defect.
3. Products purchased on sale/discount can not be returned or exchanged.
The goods must be sent back in their original state, with intact tags. The customer has to borne shipping costs for returning/exchanging an item. All Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Each piece goes through a quality check, packed and sealed carefully. The product is only eligible for a return in the case of damage in transit
Refunds (if applicable)
We do not offer refunds on products sold, but we can provide you a credit note.
